At twilight today, Friday, April 28th, a new day begins, the 21st day of "counting the Omer". Today marks three weeks of counting.
It's easy to forget in the midst of everyday life, that our heavenly Father wants to relax with us once a week. He longs to have fellowship with us. On the day of rest that begins this evening, take a moment to relax in His presence.
PRAYER:
Thank you, Lord, for inviting us into your presence. On the twenty-first day of counting the Omer, we bless You. Thank you for continuing to walk by our side through all seven weeks of the countdown to Pentecost! Amen.
